Before purchasing a plan, the user must review and accept the service terms.
MarcoVPN provides technical access to the VPN service, user dashboard and applications for supported devices. The service works within the selected plan, selected device scope and server availability. VPN is not a guarantee of complete anonymity, absolute security or uninterrupted availability of all resources.
A plan may be purchased for Android, for Windows or for Android + Windows together. Access is granted only for the selected device type. If the user wants to add another device, the service may offer an additional payment or bundle plan considering the remaining active period.
Payment is made from the account balance or through available balance top-up methods. The user must check the plan, device, period, price and currency before confirming purchase. After payment, an order is created and the selected access is activated.
Funds are not returned to a card, wallet, crypto wallet or other external payment instrument, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. The internal balance is used only inside MarcoVPN. Cash refund is not the standard settlement method.
Advertising wording about a 100% return within 24 hours means a one-time credit of the first paid plan price to the internal account balance. The guarantee is available once per account, only during the first 24 hours and only without violations. It is not a refund to an external payment instrument.
Spam, phishing, malware activity, port scanning, DDoS, copyright infringement, network attacks, mass abuse and any activity that may generate an abuse complaint against servers are prohibited.
In case of misuse, abuse report, suspicious activity, bypassing restrictions or account sharing, the service may temporarily or permanently restrict access. In such case the plan price is not compensated and the 24-hour guarantee does not apply.
Speed, latency, server availability and connection ability depend on the plan, device, user network, provider, routing, load and technical factors. MarcoVPN may change servers, limits and technical parameters for stability and security.
The user is responsible for the legality of actions, transmitted data and compliance with the laws of their country. The user agrees not to transfer the account, not to violate the rules and not to hide signs of abuse.
To protect infrastructure, the service may record device, platform, app version, server, connection IP, traffic amount, activity time, errors and abuse indicators. These data are used for security, anti-fraud and abuse investigation.
MarcoVPN may change plans, prices, old prices, promotions, balance-credit terms and technical rules. New terms apply to new purchases and renewals. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
By clicking the payment button and checking the consent box, the user confirms that they have read the terms and privacy policy, understood refund limitations, agreed to blocking rules and accepted responsibility for VPN use.
