2. Purposes
Data is needed for accounts, VPN access, device-specific plans, traffic limits, payments, balance, 24-hour balance guarantee, anti-fraud, complaint investigation and support.
3. Payments
MarcoVPN stores payment status, orders, balance transactions and balance-credit events. Full card data is not intentionally stored unless a payment provider sends limited metadata for accounting and support.
4. Connection logs
To protect servers, device ID, platform, app version, server, connection IP, activity time and traffic volume may be recorded. These data are used for service operation, security and abuse investigation.
